The A-Z course is one month long annual course offered by Navdanya to cover the food and farming system. A-Z, from seed to table, science to practice from farmer producer to the market.
The course is offered at Navdanya's Biodiversity conservation farm in Doon Valley. The faculty include top scientists and practitioners in their field.
