Navdanya's learning center, Bija Vidyapeeth witnessed the 10th course in a row on Gandhi and globalisation which started on 24th November with the lighting of lamp by the veteran Gandhian Sri Satish Kumar, Director of the Shumacher College in London.

About 50 participants including interns from all over the globe are participating in the course. The participants are not only from the different country, different background, but are also of different age groups and professions, from the Indian Administrative Services, philosophers to the students of the University and artists like dancers and singers.

Sri Satish Kumar told participants the value of the love, need of the love for peace and harmony in the world. He also told participants that all religions in the world give the message of love to their followers. He concluded his speach by saying that nothing can save the world from the present crisis but the love, so start loving yourself and others, because "You are therefore I am".
