In Bhopal on the 28th anniversary of the Bhopal tragedy,with Champa Devi Shukla and Rasheeda bee, victims of the Bhopal disaster, who have led the demand for Justice for Bhopal.

With their Goldman award they set up the Chingari Trust for rehabilitation of children being born crippled. They also give the Chingari award to women who are protecting the environment and fighting Corporate Crime.
